Submission of a Entry Form is mandatory for all WGSDCA Trials.
Incomplete or incorrect Forms will not be accepted. Unless specified, do not type n/a or "TBD".

The dog age should be between 9 and 13 months, but we will consider an exemption on request.
You must be a current financial member of the WGSDCA to submit a ZAP-W entry form.

The Trial Secretary must not show a dog or accept other duties. S/he is responsible for obtaining the necessary event documents, field equipment, printing of written forms such as judge's trial sheets (if requested), trial list, trial certificates etc and ensure the correctness of received trial entry forms and forward these to the judge.

Helper Seminar and/or Helper Certification Registration fee: AUD50.00
Participating as a spectator at Helper Seminars does not count towards WGSDCA Helper Licensing.
The hosting club is not expected to provide a suitable number of dogs for a helper seminar.
You may be asked to organise an IGP trained dog if actively participating in the event.
